Let’s be honest, wedding planning is not everyone’s cup of tea. But we are not all the same, and me, I LOVE planning. So if you’re looking for the right person to work with on your perfect day, I’m here !
If you’re abroad or if you live in France but don’t manage the language, I’ll be your local adviser to create, plan and manage your wedding. Brittany is a lovely location for weddings. I’m located in Morlaix, and I love venues with a view by the ocean. As we might communicate from different areas, I’m easily reachable by mail, FaceTime or WhatsApp. We can do a site visit to ensure all the necessary questions are asked and meet the supplier to arrange timings. I’ll be personally by your side from the beginning of your project to your DDay to ensure the smooth running of the event.
This service is full customized on your wishes as every wedding are different. You’ll chose every suppliers among a list I selected for you. I’ll guide you at each step of the way.

Organisation
- Create and monitor the reverse schedule until the big day.
- Offer you a relevant selection of pre-selected service providers.
- Stay within your pre-determined budget.
- Check service provider contracts and submit them to you for signature.
- Anticipate your needs and technical requirements.
- Share the latest trends with you.
- Create a shared workspace and WhatsApp group.
Decoration
- Work with you to define the overall atmosphere of your wedding.
- Create inspiration boards (the famous ones) to pinpoint your desires.
- Adapt your desires to the reception venue and determine the layout.
- Detail each decorative element: stationery, flowers, table decorations, lighting, etc.
- Research and selection of suppliers and decorative elements
- Ordering and storage of materials until the big day
- Assembly of decorative elements
Coordination
Contact family and friends for surprises
Create the logistics schedule for the big day
Brief service providers to set the framework for the day
Set up table, room and ceremony decorations
Welcome service providers and guests

This will give me the opportunity to present my services to you in more detail and to provide you with a tailor-made quote.
And for you, it will be the perfect time to tell me all about your ideas and wishes.

Optional services
Please specify in the contact form if you would like to add any of these options:
- Organisation and coordination of the welcome dinner: if you would like to welcome your guests the day before the wedding with a convivial meal.
- Coordination of the return from the wedding: Stay overnight, I will take care of welcoming the service providers and tidying up the reception room.
- Tidying up and cleaning at the end of the weekend: After your return from the wedding, I will take care of returning the room to the owners as requested.

Additional costs to be expected
- Transport – Beyond 60km from Plougasnou, mileage costs will be borne by the bride and groom.
- Accommodation – Beyond 1 hour’s travel time, accommodation for 2 nights must be provided (the night before the wedding and the wedding day).
- Wedding Planner Team Support – Depending on the final organisation of your wedding (significant handling required, specific venue configuration, planning requiring special attention), I may need to be accompanied by an additional wedding planner.
